What does it all mean?

About me

I am a superhero. My superpowers reside in my eyebrows, or more precisely, in one superlong, boldly innovative, grey hair in my otherwise black right eyebrow. A barber once clipped this hair before I could stop him, and for about a month, the whole hemisphere was vulnerable to the Forces of Darkness. Fortunately, co-operation betwen the Press, Church, and State managed to keep this disaster a secret, and the status quo was not breached. It was a chilling reminder of how tenuous is our grip on the fundamentals of civilization.
