[ ubuntu ] 方便的休息提示 XD

最近看到電腦玩物介紹 Workrave 這套有趣的健康計時器 , 就去 google 一下資料 , 這一搜尋才發現到目前所使用的 Ubuntu 就已有類似的功能 , 且設定也很簡單 :D

就在 : 系統 > 偏好設定 > 鍵盤 , 切換到 " 休息提示 " 。
只要時間到了 ~ 就乖乖的去休息一下吧 :D
