I had Linus Freespire on an old computer of mine. Finally reinstalled Windows because I had so much trouble getting hardware and peripherals to work. Can't use command line because just do not know enough about that. And I couldn't get it on my local network with my other pcs that were running Windows. There was just too much I didn't understand how to do in Linux. I really enjoyed it, but was so limited by my ignorance. And forums didn't help that much because I didn't understand what they were telling me. I would like to install Ubuntu on this Acer, but have no idea how to partition, and then be able to double boot.

I guess nothing they both are linux distros and they both are very similar, Ubuntu does have a great community which is hard to beat.

Ziyaretçi writes: Nova 2010 (2.1) is released and is now based on Ubuntu Lucid. To be more accurate, it is Ubuntu Lucid, only Spanish (you can change the language after installation - the repos are the lucid repos) and has a different theme with one panel instead of two.
