VJTI - Mumbai

Personally speaking, Mumbai is one of my favourite cities. I've always had a great time whenever I have come to Mumbai, and the time me and Bruce went to VJTI was no exception.
We arrived at VJTI and were greeted by Aditya Sengupta, a final year student of the university, who liased with us and the campus administration to make the seminar happen there. He showed us around the campus, explaining in detail the various labs and departments. For example, he showed us a (really) old tank thats there, in the campus, which we thought was particularly awesome (the first pic in this post)
When we thought the campus could not get more awesome, Aditya showed us one of their electrical engineering labs, which looks something straight out of a science fiction novel.
We absolutely loved the campus! What I can say is that, this campus certainly has a lot of character, and history associated with it.
The only thing we loved more than the campus at VJTI, were the people themselves. The crowd was one of the most responsive I have ever seen, and it was clear they were listening to and enjoying our talk.
Opera Campus Crew member Satish was also there. After our talk ended, we faced a barrage of questions from the curious crowd. It was so great interacting with them. Afterwards, me, Bruce and Falguni (Falguni is our PR specialist working from the Mountain View office, who had incdidently come to Mumbai during that time, and hence decided to come along to the lecture) went to an afterparty. More on that here.
Once again, I would like to thank the people at VJTI for making is a hugely enjoyable day, and especially Aditya, who was kind enough to arrange for everything, and make us feel comfortable.
