Seriously. This week we are driving around the State of São Paulo for the second half of the Tour, after spending last week in Rio, and the weekend in São Paulo city. And being in Brazil, the car runs on alcohol, made from the sugar cane we see growing all around as we travel.

For all of the English speaking crowd, Portunhol is the mixture of Portuguese and Spanish. It's commonly practiced by Brazilians when they travel to Spanish speaking countries and believe that's all you need to get around there. But believe me, you can get in a lot of trouble if you are just trying to speak Portunhol randomly without checking your before.

I'll start writing in English, but I'll always try to make both versions together although that can be quite a challenge. But lets see what happens...

So here is the story. After touring through Europe, Asia, Africa and North America it's time to add some Latin flavour to the Uni Tour mix!!! So next Tuesday in my dear hometown, aka Rio de Janeiro, we will start off the University Tour in Brazil!!! I'm really looking forward to it - so much that I'm already here -, working really hard for it and specially looking forward to meeting all the enthusiastic Brazilian students, users and fans!!!!

So if you are in Rio de Janeiro or Sao Paulo in the next two weeks, check our schedule, forget about the beach and/or beautiful weather for a couple of hours and join Chaals and I in our first visit in Brazil.

Do you want to meet me earlier? Then just join me at the Maracana stadium on Sunday to support my team Flamengo!!! After 9 months in Norway I had to pay a visit to them for the Rio State Championship final match, right?

Comecei escrevendo em ingles, mas depois vou inverter. E nao reparem a falta de acentuacao no meu teclado, ok?

Como jah disse no blog Opera Brasil apos rodarmos pela Europa, Asia, Africa e America do Norte (infelizmente nao estive em nenhuma dessas.. ) chegou a hora de colocar um tempero brasileiro vindo pela primeira vez a America Latina!!! Entao na 3a feira, na UFRJ, comecaremos o Brasil University Tour!! Estou muito ansioso - tanto que jah estou no Brasil - trabalhando duro para tudo correr bem e empolgado em poder conhecer os estudantes, usuarios e fas brasileiros!!!!

Entao se voce estiver no Rio de Janeiro ou Sao Paulo nas proximas duas semanas, confira a nossa agenda, esqueca um pouco a praia e/ou os dias lindos de sol por duas horas e junte-se a mim e ao Chaals na nossa primeira visita ao Brasil.

Quer me encontrar mais cedo? Entao eh soh me encontra no Maraca no domingo na torcida do Mengao!!! Depois de 9 meses na Noruega eu tinha que ir apoiar a Magnetica na final do Carioca 2009!!
