We recently completed what is called a Ridgeview Deluxe Clubhouse built in my backyard for my five grandkids. 12-14 hours to complete. I will be watching them all now that school is out.

I spent a couple of years on Facebook and was blessed with over 5000 friends and another 550, who are following me. But I have enjoyed more being on Opera during the past year as I have connected to friends in more than 100 countries, which was MY Great DESIRE! Thank you for enriching the life of an old man (69 years). I have learned some thing that I never knew. Turkish woman may be the most beautiful women in this world and Turkish men are very handsome to commensurate them. Vietnamese women are very artistic with sweet personalties. Hungarian men and women are so warm and caring. Women like Dasha in Argentine are special and giving. More later!
POWERFUL HEALING FOR YOUR HEART

I have been a counselor for more than 45 years and this is the most simple and profound advice that I have given that has helps more people than you could ever imagine! Many adults are victims of abuse as children and as a result they have a fixation on their childhood trauma and these damage children in adult bodies live by anesthetizing their pain with drugs and alcohol! I constantly emphasize this truth in counseling: Extract the pain and let your past be GONE: Ask God to give you the grace to forgive. Write a therapeutic letter to those who caused your pain and spell out what they did to you. Be specific as long as you can say: I forgive you for all that you did to me, because God has forgiven me of so many things. Then experience all your pain, anger, hate and hurt disappearing like a steam vapor! Don't remain handcuff to those who hurt you! You can't really forgive from the heart until you experience God's forgiveness that sets you free from all of your emotional pain. Jesus came to heal the brokenhearted: What a relief He brings!!!

Many people are seeking after God in religious activities without having a spiritual birth that transforms you inwardly. I was transformed and it was a Powerful Miracle. Over the years I have seen this miracle take place in a lot of drug addicts and career criminals, who are now living very successful lives!

I am so blessed to have a great Life-time partner, who has been my personal Cheerleader for 32 years. Elvira Smith is the Director of 7 Cardiac units at Memorial Hospital and she also is the Director of 2 Cardiac Units at North Park Hospital, which Memorial Hospital owns. She supervises 188 Nursing personnel, which is too much responsibility and stress. Elvira Suria Smith is from the Philippines Islands.
