After that long time I'm pleased to announce that I'm as good as finished with the new program. This is a complete new program which were programed independent from the other versions, that's why there could be bugs which never appeared before. There is no guaranty for compatibility to the other versions.

-multi language support (well, I dunno if I even add it)

Opera URLFilter Downloader is a Java-based downloader application for the urlfilter.ini.
With the urlfilter.ini you can block specified addresses from within the Opera browser.
E.g. you can block complete web sites, links, banner and script files and a lot of other files.
Within the Opera URLFilter Downloader you can download some available urlfilter.ini files and edit the files if you want to do so.
It's also possible to merge existing addresses from an existent urlfilter.ini file.

All new elements are currently in English.
To see that dialogs use the parameter "-u" or the new Opera Button.
Note: it takes the path from the Opera URLFilter Downloader to the urlfilter.ini.

My Beta-Tester told me about risks which appear when someone is updating the urlfilter.ini while Opera is running.
If you update the urlfilter.ini while Opera is running and then use the Opera function "Block Content..." and press the "Done"-button, all changes from the previous update will be erased. Opera overwrites the updated urlfilter.ini with the old urlfilter.ini.
Now you can decide if the button-generator should be implemented in the 0.4.0 Final or no.
I've started a new poll for it. Feel free to vote if it should stay and be extended or should be disabled.
For any other ideas write a comment and inform me about it.

The Button generator will stay because there will be a feature integrated which detects if opera is running or no.
