Awesome idea for a toothbrush

, , , , ,

Amron Experimental design for a toothbrush that redirects the water stream in a more "water fountainy" kind of way.

This is welcome for my son at least- watching him pull himself up onto the sink and strain to reach the water is amusing for me, not so much for him.

if you put toothbrush not far from the nose, you get an interesting physics effect, namely standing waves. Water surface of the stream should get curly.

And your son would never use his toothbrush to see how far he can shoot the water across the bathroom...

I've seen little plastic clip ons to faucets that do the same thing. One was a dolphin or something. You flip up the flat bottom, and the correct amount of water comes out the "nose" in a consistent water-fountain stream: http://nerdapproved.com/misc-gadgets/whale-faucet-drinking-fountain/

Right- then the tables would turn to "amusing to him, not so much for me."

However, his reducing his bodyweight pulling the sink away from the wall might be worth the occasional puddle on the floor. It's not like it's any different from when he's using the tub (water everywhere).
