One handed access to the nectar of the gods

This isn't too terribly profound (as opposed to say... this life-altering take on toothpaste caps*), just something kinda cool I ran across on my bottle of water (evian) I got at the gas station this morning. I haven't seen this on throw away bottles before.
It's got a flip-top lid on it. It's the same as those water bottles that you have to squeeze to get the water to come out, but instead of having to pull the top up, you can just easily flip this with your thumb. I normally need both hands to do pull the top with with the more common version. Not a new idea by any means, but something not commonly found on the throw away water bottles. Maybe somebody found a cheap way to produce this.
I thought it was clever, and at the very least, I have never seen this before...but then again, I live in SE Minnesota. It's not a hotbed of usability testing as far as I know.

*laugh all you want, but this site is the first result on a google search for toothpaste caps thereby making User Centered the definitive source on the matter...now *there's* a feather we can stick in our collective caps.

google says UC is first out of 649,000 pages returned for 'toothpaste cap' no big deal, phrase is rare... BUT STOP: "toothpaste cap" returns 15,200 results... with User Centered still winning! ?? :)
be careful posting, shaping views of industries with options added and removed from products on the fly as you type in...
cheers, pbr

evian = naive backwords... actually I just can't stand evian as far as the taste of bottle water goes.

ok.. first of all with those pull cap bottles, ur supposed to use your mouth to pull that thing with your teeth, wich is very handy if youre riding a bike and in a hurry with no hand to spare but the one holding the bottle. Secondly, the flip top actually hurts your thumb and is trickier to pull off with just one hand.. just letting you know.
