About me

My name is Valentin Savin.
Russian.
I was born on January 6th,1939.
Right now I am retired - pensioner.
Graduated from the Moscow State Institute of Foreign Languages. Interpreter-translater - English and Russian.
I am member of the Russian Union of Writers - poet. From September this year I have started translating versus of foreign poets into my native tongue.
I love good music and good singers, Russian and foreign as well. As to foreign ones, I am an old-old fan of Elvis Presley, Rolling Stones, The Doors, Beattles etc.

As I've mentioned before I am retired.
The last place of my work was The State Committee for Physical Culture and Sport, where I worked for 23 years.
I traveled to some 30 countries.
