Dessert recipe

Hellow to all my friends!

My friend James asked me for a russian dessert recipe.
There are lots of them. But I picked up the one I love most.
It is called Fruit and Berry Ice Cream.
This recipe seems common for every country.
Here it is:

It needs 1 and a half lb(750G) strawberriesor raspberry,
500(G), 3 cups red currants or cherry, 3 cups whole milk,
1 and a half cup of sugar and nuts.
Cooking time some 35 min.
Directions:
- rince well and sieve strawberries and raspberries
- boil the milk with sugar in a deep dish, remove from
the heat and cool stirring constantly.
- strain through the sieve, mix with the bround berries
and pour ice-cream mould. Freeze.
- sprinkle with the ground nuts when serving.
Thats all.
