Pancakes with berries (strawberries)
Number of portions: 6

Time of cooking: 40 minutes

The necessary ingredients:
- eggs 2
- milk 500 grams (half litter)
- flour 150 grams
- sugar 1/2 tea-spoon
-salt 1/2 tea-spoon
- melted butter 2 spoons
- srawberries

Cooking:

1.For pastry break and mix the eggs and add some milk.

2.Add flour and the rest of milk, salt, sugar - beat up until you get a homogenious mass.
3.Cook pancakes on a burning hot frying-pan oiling it.
4. Serve pancakes with berries

I made my own translation from a russian recipe and I am not certain if I did it quite correctly.
