Just saw a restaurant add for surf n' turf and took it for this blog title, but there's no palatable food here. Life continues with more biking and improvement of Risa's riding skills. She can start and stop on her own and is now standing up on the pedals while gliding. She asked me how to pop a wheelie today and since I don't really know how to myself, I didn't pass any wisdom on. She's now riding fast enough to make taking pictures more difficult as she speeds by.
On a much slower note, we bought Risa an aquarium. Raymond and I toyed with the idea of getting a fish tank and Risa's wish for a pet gave a good excuse to finally get one. Set up, feeding, and cleaning the tank is proving a bit much for Risa: "So much work! Mumma I don't want any more animals after this!" But it's fun watching "Goldie" and "Spottie" swim around.
