Last weekend I made a "spiritual trip" to Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj in the village-town of Shegaon. Shegaon is a small village (which is slowing turning in to a town) in the Buldhana District and approximately nine hours from Mumbai. Accompanying me on this trip were my uncle, my aunts and my wonderful and sweet little cousin Bhushan! We made the trip from Mumbai to Shegaon and back via train. The trip brought me some peace in my inner self and my mind which is usually absent in this hectic and competitive world. Other than visiting the shrine, we also made a visit to "Anand Sagar" which is amusement park. I specially loved the mini toy train ride and in the night water & light show there. I guess I should be making such trips more often.
I was pretty bored and tired after coming back from a trip (more details will be posted soon), so I decided to check out this flash game - Hit The Penguin . The rule is pretty simple; hit the penguin so that he can travel the farthest!
So far the longest that I have been able to send the penguin is 1214.7, though one of my buddies has reached 1250! Why should you try it? 1. Its pretty cool (or as my forum buddy said "freakin crazy !") 2. Watch out for the "penguin sounds" or times when he goes out of the screen or when its head gets buried in the snow! 3.Its gets pretty addictive especially when you are trying to beat your friend's score !!!
For me , this one of the most funniest moments in WWE history . Stone Cold Steve Austin Attacked Booker T in a grocery store. All hell broke loose and almost all the grocery store items were used in bashing up each other ...including the flour ! It was one hell of a "foody" fight !
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) pulled off a midnight coup of sorts and appointed Gary Kirsten as the coach of the Indian Cricket team. The news came as a shocker since Gary had initially never applied for the position of the coach when the BCCI has put the ad out. Gary Kirsten had made very adverse remarks about India as a country when he had visited with the South African cricket team back in 1996.
