Almost any variant of meditative technique ..eventually comes to a point where the focus is on inhalation and exhalation of breathe-the grossest manifestation of prana/tao/crap of the universe or whatever u wish to name it; so u inhale, exhale and the cycle repeats umpteen times with ur focus everytime on inhalation,exhalation- perfect, great job.. however to meditate is to be in a no-mind state:no waves in the lake of consciousness.

The #1 reason for ppl going back to vista or xp after giving linux a shot is - the damn wifi just doesn't work, uff!
& I was no exception untill I found this life saver!, worked like a charm and the fix being generic will hopefully work on other platforms -

wifi works in linux, even on systems with those almost extinct wireless cards from your grandma's hay time

PS-
1) I have an atheros wireless card.
2) wifi-radar's a pretty handy interface to switch from one network to other.
3) The method above uses madwifi drivers,in case this fails,googling for ndiswrapper will give a fix.
