Even I like that in paintings .. at a deeper level it's an abstraction of heart and mind [yin-yang,shiva-shakti,digital- analog,rational-irrational,left brain-right brain & so on]
It's interesting how different art forms manifest from a singular notion.

Nitin Sawhney is an amazing composer (I shld rather say,artist)..
With every composition he contradicts himself,blends different genres in a magical way. you shld chk out more of his compositions,there r few posted on youtube as well.
