That is the reason why, you do not have to make yourself be in shock so that you can maintain your goal. There would be a time that you will be adjusting with what you do but make sure that you still arrive at the correct one in the next attempt.
Make sure that the goals that you have set are truly yours and not orchestrated by other people for you to do. This is simply because if someone else did the homework for you then you would not feel fulfilled for whatever you may have acquired. Sometimes, what other people would like us to do is not what we truly want so there is a big possibility that you will just simply quit on it without any regret because you know it's not your idea.
Lastly, after harvesting the fruit of your suffering, you need to give yourself a break or something that would make you happy. Like if you have successfully done your diet plan, you may give yourself a new gadget or accessory or you can even treat yourself to a new place but do not let yourself fall for the food trip.
