The Opera Forum for Vietnamese honorly announces the Contest for the Best Photo of July 2008, with the theme "Vietnam landscape".

Rules

- Competitors must be members of the Opera Forum for Vietnamese (non-Vietnamese bloggers do not have to sign up);

- Only one photo by each competitor;

- Photos must be competitors' own work;

- Photos must be of the theme "Vietnam landscape";

- An introduction of the place where the photo was taken must be included;

- Photos must be linked back to the entry in the competitor's blog, in which the introduction is displayed, so that other bloggers could comment;

The following code is used for posting photos:

- Photos must be numbered by the competitor when posting.

Time for posting: July 05, 2008 till July 20, 2008

Time for voting: July 21, 2008 till July 28, 2008.

Winners will be announced on July 30, 2008.

All members have the right to vote.

Rules for voting

All competitors must vote; otherwise, his photo will be ruled out.

Competitors are not allowed to vote for his own photo.

Each voter chooses three best photos in his taste and score as follows:

- The best photo: 3 points;
- The second-best: 2 points;
- The third: 1 points.

Then, he must comment on those three photos (at competitors' blog entries) as follows:

- copy and paste the following code to comment on the photo in competitors' blog entries:

The score is not valid without the comment.

The photo with the highest total score will win. If there are more than one photo with the same score, the one with higher quotient (between total score and the number of voters) will overrule.

Voters will also select the most impressive introduction (not compulsory).

Ballots must be sent to TheModerators (http://my.opera.com/TheModerators) from July 21, 2008 to July 28, 2008.

Awards

- A forum signature for the winner - The Golden Camera.



- The best photo will be selected the avatar for the Opera Forum for Vietnamese.

- The most impressive introduction will be nominated "entry of the week".

- The three best photos and the most impressive introduction will be posted on the Blog of Opera Forum for Vietnamese.

- A forum signature for the voter with the approximate forecast - The Precision Scale.
