Apple art

Last Saturday, Dalexia and I went to a small town south of Montreal called Mont-Saint-Hilaire. The city is mostly reknown for its apple orchards and we heard that there was a exhibition of art pieces made out of organic components going on. Since we wished to take a walk in nature, we thought that would made a nice trip. When we went, not all the installations were finished and a few artists were still working on their project but there were enough interesting works to make the visit worth while. At the end of visit we had to pick our favorite project.
which would you choose?

They were certainly not applewood branches because it doesn't bend well. I think it Dalexia's favorite too

@Scott
I don't know, Scott, what was the artistic approch behind every work but I can tell you from the point of view of the spectator that it was more fun than taking a walk in a ordinary orchard.
