NLBC, love, me, life

Frequently used by the active NLBs, the NLBC Boxes come in different size, shapes and colour. They can be use in many occasions like when you decide to take the big step in the NLBC world. Once your a member, you may use it to get out of the darkness and find a new place where you can breathe and evolve. And when you face life with a new energy, things happen and you may need the NLBC boxes to share your new found happiness. As confidence grows, you become more and more enthusiastic and you can take those boxes to build your own nest with the people you love. But be careful running with these boxes in your arms can be hazardous. If you move to fast, you can trip and hit a wall. And when it happens, when your body and mind tell you to stop, you will need those boxes to take a break, move back and analyse where you find yourself and why you have hit that wall.

And after your break, where these boxes will carry you? Will you follow the same direction that your were heading before you stopped or will you take another road? To soon to tell, you better take the time to unpack them before trying to fill them again..

Since I have begin working at the camp, almost every day, I'm the witness of an impossible love affair between a pileated woodpecker and power transmission insulator.

You should see him do his love parade in front of the porcelain component. A little bit of dancing, a little bit of singing, every way to seduce this sexy chick has been tried. Unfortunately, so far, I haven't seen much reaction from the attractive silhouette.

Although, he should be careful because love can be cruel. Even more when there's a 550 volts wire attached to your object of desire. But so far, their love has remained prudish and no roasted poultry was posted on the menu of the camp.

love, me, blathering, work ...

I know I have neglected you in the past weeks, or should I say months? But I won't try to find excuses why I did it because I have simply occupied myself to other things. I have realized that this blog has been really a way to exteriorize my feelings while I was stuck in my thoughts but now that everything move fast around me, I have problems sitting down and write. Maybe it's because that everything is new, new job, new relationship, new living environment, etc.. and maybe in a few months I will find back again the need to write about my everyday life and thoughts, maybe...

But for now, either I'm too tired or I don't have the time. But I have to say that I often miss the pleasure of exchanging with all of you and I often take a look on what's going on the OC.

Ok Since I have already named this post News News News, I should give you some eh?

First big news, Dalexia and I have rent a house and we will move together on the 1st of July. We were both paying our separate rents but we were already living together. At her place most of the time and at my place on the weekends when we didn't have her children with us. So it will be a nice way to save money. And it will also give us the chance to see how it is living together for real, sharing the bills, take common decisions, etc. And it will also give us the chance to see if we can both bare each other for one year!

So if everything work fine, we may buy a small house. Until that, here is a photo of our new rented house:

And about my new job, well, it's ok but I have a lot and a lot of work to do. I don't complain because I like it but I'm looking forward to have worked a complete year and know all there is to know. It's always more difficult to learn and start everything when you begin a job and that is exactly what I'm living right now. For example these days, I have to find a dozen of new employees, complete my 2009 budget previsions, fill two big subvention demands and many other things. So maybe I should stop writing and go back to work

Another reason why I don't blog as much as I use to do is that I shoot less photos. But that will change as soon as the camp will open because I will have the greatest environment for photographing nature. Speaking of that, I have begun to look for a zooming lens for my Sony. Beware loons, minks, moose and other creatures because Volkuro is coming!
