A visit at my friend's park

Yesterday I went to my friend’s park to try his new snow-shoe trail. This friend is the ex-colleague we try to properly replace since his departure but haven't succeed so far. He is now the new director of a similar park and he always invites me to go visit his new work challenge. Friday when he called me about work related information, I told him that I’ll go see him on Saturday.When I arrived at the park, the first thing that caught my eyes was the number of cars, the parking was almost full.
It’s his first season has a general director and I know how it could be difficult to prove yourself when you start a managing job. Even more with this very abnormal weather season. Also, this park has a history of political conflicts (another park owned by many cities) and it’s still making the front page of the small local newspapers like it did two weeks ago.
I went inside the lodge. He was there, obviously in a big rush, at the ski renting office. I took a coffee while someone came to replace him so he could break for lunch. His replacement was another ex-employee of our park (stealer!
I’m happy for him because he is one hell of a good guy and he deserves to have some good things happening to him because he had his share of troubles so far.
I also took photos in the trail and gave them to him so he could use them in his publicity.
Wait a minute… I take photos for a competitor's park and during this time, the website of my park only contains some old low quality pictures!
Maybe I should stop using all my photos on my Blog and put a few on the park’s website!

I like the tree shades on this one.

Too bad the light was not good, because this ice formation was really special.

Has anyone seen LWU lately?

You are a true believer!
@Maja
Thanks! there is no real competition between the 2 parks. In fact, we try to help each other the more we can. Although, If the two parks were private instead of municipal, it would probably be a different story...
@The two foxes!
Thanks! I really appreciate.

Also the one with the shadowing trees in the snow. Very simple, yet beautiful.
