9.5, opera, go to url, link
Right click link->"Go to URL" needs to come back!
When you right click some text in Opera 9.5, you can choose Go to Web Address. But if the text is in a link, that option is gone.
This is lame. Why would Opera Devs wanna remove such a useful feature.!!??
Fiddling with the menu file to get this functionality is not the way forward.
This have changed for the worse in 9.5.

Opera on my fridge!
Browsing the internet on a pc is passe . U find Opera on your videogame console--or on your fridge? Surprised..read on...
Opera Software chief Jon S. von Tetzchner's Web browser, popular with many hardcore users, hasn't taken over the industry. The Norwegian company's browser has been around for 12 years but has just 1.5% of the market. Compared to Microsoft's Internet Explorer, or even Mozilla's Firefox, it barely qualifies as an also-ran.
Opera once charged for its browser. Then an ad-supported free version was released. Now it's totally free, thanks to a partnership with Google . Opera has a builtin search bar into its browser and gets a small percentage for sending users Google's way.
But unlike its competitors Opera is focusing a lot on noncomputer devices: mobile phones, videogame consoles or just about anything else with a screen. It's already the built-in browser on several phones from Motorola, Nokia and Sony Ericsson. Opera will be the first browser officially supported on Nintendo's forthcoming game console, Wii.

cookies, privacy, safety
Your browser is watching you
Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera and other browsers keep accurate records of your online activities, and not just in their history records. Clearing out the virtual breadcrumbs in your internet cache and browser histories preserves your privacy and can improve your PC’s performance by freeing up disk space, too.

traffic lights, unique
An excellent article on how the people of Dutch town of Drachten have manged in the city streets without traffic lights..very refreshing unique story..
Is this the end of the road for traffic lights? Most traffic lights should be torn up as they make roads less safe, one of Europe's leading road engineers said yesterday.
Hans Monderman, a traffic planner involved in a Brussels-backed project known as Shared Space, said that taking lights away helped motorists, cyclists and pedestrians to co-exist more happily and safely. Road users take more care in Drachten as signs have been removed..
