Hmmm. Still a lot countries to visit. Hopefully, I will at least conquer Iceland, Finland or Ireland this summer, depending on the time.

Hello. Yes I hitch-hike from time to time. Unfortunately I have not much time lately, so the travelling suffers a lot now. I think, Scandinavia is a good place to travell to. I don't know what exactly are you interested in, so write me if I miss something you would be interested in. But Scandinavians are very friendly and you don't have to worry about security much. People are only a bit afraid of arabs that live in cities as they steal something from time to time.

If you plan to travel without sleeping in hotels all the time, in Sweden you can built a tent almost everywhere you want as long as you stay there no more than 24 hours. I would buy some guidebook if you want to visit some cultural artefacts. You can watch for festivals if you like rock, because Swedes love rock and there are plenty of them.

Don't be shy to talk with people. Everyone I met was talkative and glad to help whenever I needed something and most of them know english very well.

You have to remmember that the distances in Sweden are little big larger (but that maybe seems to me because Czech Republic is really small). If you want to visit FInland, Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania you can take a ferry from Sweden. If you take a ferry there and back it is really cheap as these ferrys are used by Swedes to drink in international waters

. But you will have no more than few hours to spend in the couries as the ferrys go back really soon.
