Dear Loving Hearts:
In the Present moment we remain connected in our Hearts and this brings us much Joy and Gratitude. There is no time, space, or distance between hearts that truly Love. As we remain fully Present with whatever is happening in our lives in this moment “Now,” our consciousness begins to shift. Our Hearts reveal to us the deeper truths and that we are all connected in this vast magnificent Love. Nothing in the external world can take away that which is Real and that which is true. It is only a perceived illusion that makes us feel separate from each other. In reality we are always connected in the Heart and this brings much Joy and Excitement, as well as, infinite potential.
Staying Present in our Hearts is where we find the Love we have always known has been for us. When we find our Hearts and get quiet, we find ourselves. We discover more completely who we truly are. From this centered quiet place we can be Present with others and experience who they really are. We learn to go past the surface appearances to that which is important to the deeper truth of ourselves and others. We find a beauty and a goodness that we never thought was possible.
From the beauty of our Hearts all that we need to know, as well as, the wisdom and discernment about that which is important in our lives is revealed. We learn to be really quiet and listen. All the things that do not matter drop away. What remains is the Love and other divine qualities of Being that are shared among all of us. Love takes many forms, yet underneath it all we are united in this oneness. Love reveals truth. Love reveals what is important and puts us on our higher path.
As we all remain alert and awake in the Present moment we can be sure that our hearts will continue to open our capacity to Love and our consciousness will expand revealing more. Remaining Present is like a beacon that guides us into greater Love, wisdom, beauty, clarity and consciousness. It is a magnificent adventure that we are all sharing together.
Together we remain totally Present with ourselves and each other in the “Now” moment connected in our Hearts in a most beautiful way! Gratitude pours out! Joy pours out! There is much excitement about the unlimited potential through being Present and staying connected in our Hearts in this unfolding exciting adventure!

Dear Loving Hearts:
We open our hearts in gratitude for the many gifts that Love brings. One of the precious gifts that Love brings is that Love endures. Love is always present. Love sustains. We do not need to do anything to earn or win Love. All we need do is open to it. Love endures.
Love is consistent. Love is steady. Love maintains its unwavering presence through all conditions and cycles. The nature of Love is that it is unconditional. This means that Loves does not need any certain parameters for its beautiful presence. Love offers its gifts to all people and all of life continually. Love endures.
There is nothing that one needs to do to receive Love’s graces. Love’s unlimited bounty is for all of life, all people, all of the time. It is for us simply to open our hearts and all of our being to the Love that is there in each and every moment. There is nothing complex about Love. It is simple and profound. Love is holding us and sustaining us throughout our life journey. Love endures.
We can also recognize the true nature of Love in our relationships with other people. No matter where we are in our life cycle with another person, Love is the foundation regardless of the external appearance. Nothing can take away Love. Love at times may seem to be hidden, yet upon a closer look it has been there all the time. Love endures.

Dear Loving Hearts,
Joy and excitement pours out to all of you today! What an exciting time to be alive!
We open to receive all that the universe has for us. There are tremendous new potentials and opportunities coming for all of us. These potentials and opportunities bring us into alignment with who we truly are as people who are here to Love and share our gifts with the world. As we expand our consciousness and awaken to who we really are at all levels of our being, the path lights up in front of us. This is a path of Joy.
The gifts the universe has for us will come to us often before we even know we need them. We learn to remain open and aware. We learn to receive what the universe brings us with open hearts and open arms. All resistances drop away when we lead with our hearts and keep ourselves open. The universe has many gifts for each of us, and these gifts fit each one of us perfectly. They are better than we can even imagine. This goodness and abundance that comes in many forms, comes from levels beyond the mind; therefore, our minds cannot conceive all of this.
Following our hearts moment by moment can lead us to what is on our path of Joy. It might be helpful to take a personal inventory and look within to discover more clearly what is next for us. We are never left without the guidance that we need that will put us on the path of most Light that opens our hearts to Love even more. One of the ways to discern this is to listen to what our hearts are telling us about the things that bring us joy and what is for us to do in this moment now.
We are learning that with the energies that are flooding the planet more strongly at this time, an approach that resonates with the frequencies that are present is the approach of Joy, fun and playfulness. We can choose to stop resonating with the heavy dense energies of struggle and limitation and choose to focus upon the lighter, lifted, more expansive energies of joy, fun, play, excitement, creativity, and inventiveness.
We learn to hold our energy softly in a state of open receptivity knowing that what is ours will come to us. We let go of struggling or straining to make anything happen. We relax in the flow of energy that is present. We can trust that our intuition, which is connected to our Souls and the higher levels of our Being, will lead and guide us. Our minds will not be able to figure things out, or analyze, until we get the intuition and the inspiration first. The mind follows through in alignment with all parts of our Being to carry out whatever action steps are required. We know we are on track when something has a feeling of “rightness” to it and is a joy to do.
We listen to the whispers and inner urgings noting them and shifting our priorities to honor them and pay attention to them. We follow through on those things that make sense, that come from a feeling of joy and “rightness” in our hearts, and are things that we love to do. Living life in this way often brings us so much fun and joy, and we may discover that we are living well. The quality of our lives determines if we are living well. Living well is determined by how open our hearts are no matter what we encounter by living in an unconditionally loving space, and if we are living lives of joy and inspiration.
As we live with open hearts, we discover that more Love and more Joy flows through. This is contagious and lifts those around us. Many people ask how they can be of service in this world and what they can do to help the earth with everything that is going on at this time on the planet. The simple truth is that if we live from our hearts honoring our deepest truth and live lives of joy, we are assisting all those around us in ways that we cannot even imagine. We find ourselves flowing on the energy efficiently and with ease when we relax and open following the path of the most Joy, the most Light, and the greatest most magnificent Love.

Dear Loving Hearts,
Joy is bursting out of my heart as we join in the most precious Love that is always consistent and always available to us. Love is unwavering. We do not have to do anything to earn Love. Love is who we are and it is Love that sustains us in every moment. The true nature of Love is that Love is unconditional.
Love always finds a way with whatever circumstance or situation we encounter. Love meets the need of whatever is required in the moment. Love can address every situation and shows us how to handle whatever is in front of us. Love shows us the way to go. Love opens doors and puts us on our higher path.
We can rest in the peace and the stillness of our hearts knowing that All is Well and that we will always be taken care of. There is so much good in store for us that there is more then we can even imagine. As we are evolving into who we truly are, and as we align our lives with that which is the expression of who we are, this opens the path for more Love and goodness to flow to us more easily.
Love reveals to us the importance of being consistent in our Love for others and consistent in our Love for ourselves. Love shows respect and kindness no matter what. Love endures throughout time and space. Nothing can separate us from Love. Love is endless, and Love continues to reveal to us more of its expression in many forms and experiences. We can count on Love. Love is unwavering.

Dear Loving Hearts,
The most beautiful Love is pouring out to all of you in this incredible moment now. We are embraced in the Ocean of Divine Love as it holds us in the most precious Love. This tender Love loves us unconditionally. Love reveals truth. Love opens our hearts. Love shows us the way. Love illuminates our path with Light. Love brings unity and understanding to all people everywhere. Focusing on Love is the most important thing.
Love is so powerful that it can transform even the most difficult circumstance or situation. Again and again we surrender more deeply into God’s most precious Love, which is one with Source, one with All That Is. Love brings unity to all people and all life regardless of what concepts, belief systems, or world views may be present. Anything that seems to separate people from each other are dissolved by Love. Focusing on Love is the most important thing.
Love can melt away anything that is not Love. Love transforms judgment into a beautiful unity and exchanging flow where people’s hearts burst open in compassion and acceptance. Love brings a transcendence of all limiting beliefs that may cause a mistaken sense of separation or division between people. Love brings reconciliation and reveals what is important. Love lifts us into higher and into more expanded states of consciousness where we are more readily able to understand the deeper truth. Love expands our capacity to Love even more, and come into a deeper allowance and acceptance of ourselves and others. Focusing on Love is the most important thing.
The challenges and situations in our lives that are the most difficult need Love the most. This is where we are being called to express Love and to allow Love to wash through the circumstance transforming everything and putting it into a higher order. Love has the ability to make all things new. Focusing on Love is the most important thing.
Love loves everything and everyone equally. All sense of superiority or inferiority fall away and can not exist when hearts are open and Love flows through profoundly. Love heals and restores all, bringing everything into right relationship. Love sustains through time, space or distance. Focusing on Love is the most important thing.
We are safely carried throughout our lives no matter what we encounter by this most tender Love.
Together we remain in the heart of Love where only Love is Real.

Dear Loving Hearts:
Greetings!
As we go into the stillness within we are able to access who we really are. We are tender sensitive people who are “Beings of Love” that have an incredible capacity to Love. We are people that have so much more Love to give and share beyond anything we have yet encountered. The more we go into the stillness, the more our capacity to Love becomes apparent in our physical lives. Our energy expands and we have the opportunity to open our hearts more to allow more Love to flow through. More Love can flow through us bringing about magnificent experiences of Love and deeper connections with others and all life. This is magnificent!
When we relax our physical bodies, quiet down our emotions to a state of peace, and clear our minds from mental activity, we are able to access the stillness and quiet within much more profoundly. It is from this state of consciousness that we are able to experience more of the fullness of Love in our waking consciousness. From this state of consciousness that the stillness connects us into, there is a feeling of wholeness and rightness about ourselves and our lives. It is from this place that the truth of our hearts is revealed. It is from this place that we are “being” who we really are free of limitations and hindrances. It is from this place that right action is illuminated lighting up our path showing us the way to go.
From the stillness within we have the opportunity to know who we are from our direct experience. This allows us to have direct access to Love, truth, wisdom, nurturance and all the other divine qualities that are available to us. After we have experienced this space of stillness, quiet, and deep peace, later on as we go about our day, we may be able to hear more clearly the still small voice within. The still small voice is constantly speaking to us showing us our higher path. It reveals to us how we can Love more. It inspires us to create those things in our lives that are a reflection of who we are and what is good for us. It opens the pathway for Love to flow through more abundantly creating so much goodness and joy.
You are being supported in going into the deep and profound stillness within if you choose to do that. Know that you are not alone. All the support you need is given to you as you ask and set your intention to do so. May you be nurtured at core as you go about your lives embraced and held most tenderly by the softness and beauty of Love.

Dear Loving Hearts:
There are so many more experiences of Love that are possible to us. These experiences can be ecstatic and blissful beyond any words or concepts! They are more magnificent then anything we have experienced so far on our Journey of the Heart. The Journey of the Heart is a journey that brings us into deeper and higher levels of Love.
Our minds can not comprehend what is in store for us because the Journey of Love is bringing us into new territory. We are expanding our heart’s ability to Love, as well as, our heart’s capacity to allow more Love to flow through us to all of life. We are shifting into a greater unity with the Love that we already are on the highest and deepest levels of our Beings of our Spirit Presence.
This magnificent Love leads and guides us constantly. It brings us that which is next for us. It brings us that which is for our highest good that opens up our hearts and our ability to Love more. There are many ways that our hearts speak to us. Our hearts lead us and guide us to these incredible experiences. As we live completely present in the now moment, this opens the space for this greater most expansive Love to flow through more beautifully and more powerfully.
In order to facilitate this type of Love which is glorious beyond any description, one needs to put time, focus, and energy into loving. Love as fully and completely as you can constantly.
If you are in a relationship, love your Soul Mate or your Beloved with your complete heart without holding back. Find ways to love him or her more and more. Be creative in the ways that you love. Be open to receive the love that your Beloved or your Soul Mate gives to you. This creates more and more love by the two of you giving and receiving Love with each other. Then this Love can be shared with all others and all of life. This is magnificent!
If you are not in a relationship, you can love everyone and everything you encounter. You can love friends, family, strangers, people you meet anywhere! You can love animals and all of life. Open your heart to whoever crosses your path and love them fully and completely. You will find your heart opening up more, and you will discover many more good things coming to you naturally, bringing so much joy and goodness! Try it and see what happens!
Love will find a way with you if you choose to have it. Set your intention on Love and prioritize it as the most important thing. Then see what happens and how your life will shift in wonderful ways. You begin to build more and more Love, as well as, increase your capacity to have incredible mystical experiences by giving your full out Love in any way that your heart leads and guides.
Living a life of Love with all of your Being will open you to deeper and higher levels of Love beyond anything you have yet encountered. There is so much more potential to have these incredible experiences of Love that will transform yourself and those around you by the beauty, power, and strength of this Love.
Dear Loving Hearts, my deepest desire is for all of you to experience this incredible Love which is so awesome! May you be transformed by the beauty of this Love and filled with an ecstasy beyond words. This Love has the potential to bring such rapture to your heart and lift you beyond any cares or concerns into such a space of Love and wholeness. Please know, Loving Hearts, that I am there with you, loving you and supporting you all as you are held in the most exquisite Love.

Dear Loving Hearts:
Greetings Everyone! How exciting it is for all of us to be alive at this time of transformation on the planet. So much joy flows out as we begin to see more and more people uniting in Love and unity. This magnificent Love is meant for all. There is nothing that separates us from each other. It is ecstatic to share a life of Love and oneness with each other.
One of the great gifts during this time as the energies are opening up is that people are able to access their own intuitive gifts and abilities more easily. There continues to be an interest in people wanting to learn how to improve their intuitive abilities. Many people are excited about learning how to receive clear inner guidance, and to see, hear, feel, and sense things more profoundly. This will aid people in their lives in many ways. Whether you want to do this to assist yourself professionally, or personally, this one on one teaching can assist you to open up in a most beautiful and exciting way.
It is my joy to offer private phone sessions to assist people with improving their abilities. We can focus the session upon whatever you would like to work on. You will be given suggestions to explore. Then if you get stuck or need more help we can work with exactly where you are and where you need help. Some people like to check in periodically for additional support, or when a more challenging situation comes up that they would like more clarity or guidance.
It is very exciting to access one’s own innate wisdom and intuition that is constantly speaking to us in a variety of ways. The intuition guides all of us on our highest path. It is always looking towards the greatest good of all. It assists us in our lives in every possible way. It shows us how to handle circumstances better. It shows us how to handle relationships in a way that honors all involved, people, animals, and the earth. There is no limit to the help and support we have within that comes through improving and opening up our own abilities. Then we are able to do more good in our lives, and be more helpful to others.

May the most precious Love touch your heart. May your heart awaken even more beautifully to Love. Thank you for the gifts of Love that you share in many ways with everyone, everything, and all of life.
What a magnificent time to be alive with all the Love and consciousness that is being awakened and developed even more profoundly. More and more Love is awakening on the planet. When all is said and done, what is important is that we have loved. In the end, the only thing that matters is that we Love.
Ask yourself these questions:
How can I Love more in this moment now?
How can I handle whatever situation I am facing with more Love and goodness?
How can I let go and open my heart a little more in the most sensitive challenging situation?
Where can I Love other people more by accepting them exactly as they are?
Where can I Love myself unconditionally and open up to full acceptance?
Love with your full heart. Love with your full being. Love with every ounce of energy that you have. Love with all of your strength. Love with all of your softness and tenderness. Love into and become the ocean of Divine Love. Share this most precious Love in every moment.
BE THE LOVE THAT YOU ARE. If you choose Love, no matter what is happening, you are giving the greatest gift you can give. Thank you for loving.

Dear Loving Hearts,
Greetings! The most tender and soft Love pours out to all of you on this beautiful December day.
As the famous poet Rumi writes: “This turning toward what you deeply love, saves you.”
Traveling on our paths in life, it is Love that takes us further into the heart. It is Love that calls us to go deeper. It is Love that chooses those people who become the embodiment of Love for us manifested in physical form. It is Love that saves us because Love is the answer to everything we encounter. It is Love that makes life worth living.
If one of the partners has a desire to be in a deep and intimate relationship with their partner, and this depth of Love is present, there is actually a desire for depth and intimacy within the other partner as well. The other partner may not be conscious of this; yet, the truth is that partners mirror what is going on with each other. How wonderful to see what is right before us, and to understand the deeper message of truth that is there!
This call for the expression of Love with greater depth and intimacy is a gift, even if it brings up fear or old patterns that are ready to be transformed. All that stands in the way of the depth and power of Love has appeared in the Light of consciousness to be released in order that the Love of heart, Soul, and body can be manifested. This is something to celebrate!
It is time to call forth compassion that resides within each of us for whatever may be reflected upon the mirror of our hearts. We go deeper into ourselves and call upon our own courage and strength to assist us. We access our own qualities of perseverance and fortitude. We hold firm to the truth within our hearts no matter what may appear on the surface of the outer world. We love our partners so much we offer this devotion and steadfastness. It is the purity of Love that remains.
Our hearts burst open with this vast glorious Love. We have no words to express the magnificence of this. This Love pulses through our very cells. This Love breathes us. Love is why we exist and what sustains us. It will sustain you and your partner no matter what qualities are being born more strongly within you. By this most precious Love, both of your hearts open more fully revealing more and more beauty.
We learn to build the Love of our hearts so strongly that we consistently offer Love unconditionally no matter what is happening. For this we are truly grateful. Love is the most powerful force in the universe. Love heals, melts, restores, and brings goodness and beauty beyond the greatest thing you can imagine.
Let us celebrate this holiday season in such Joy, Awe, and Gratitude for the most tender and precious depth and intimacy of Love.
