Was wondering if you could create something else like what they have for IE, called quick tabs. If you could program that as a extension that would ... I believe, help a lot of people.
Also I have an idea on improving the sessions manager but I'll save that for another time.
Again Great program

Back on the MS forum issue, it's still around. To summarize:
1) The default search field text on the forum should disappear when you click into it. It doesn't when the extension is enabled.
2) When you type something in the search field and then click the icon to the right of the field, or just hit enter, nothing happens when the extension is enabled.
Example URL, but it happens on every MS forum of this type:

I know those issue. It's so difficult thing.
Those site's developer should use "placeholder" attribute.
But they use "value" attribute with JavaScript, and it is remove when "focus" event happend.
AutoComplete can not know that value is placeholder or not.

"AutoComplete has been removed by the developer or the moderators."
Surely this is a mistake on Opera's part. I know they REALLY HATE the whole concept of autocomplete (hey, they've had a browser for, what, 15 years, and it still doesn't have it), but if they actually removed this extension then they've added injury to insult.

AutoComplete version 2.8.0 does not update version 2.7.1 but becomes established in side.
All my review is lost.
Is you there a solution to put review in version 2.8.0?
Thank you beforehand for your solution.
Regards

Sometimes the status of secure pages(it should be "Trust" or "Secure") is changed to "Web".

I had removed it once. So restarted solution is seem new.
@rseiler
Sorry. It can never fixed.
AutoComplete is a iframe element that is not a secure page but a local page(widget).
Therefor Opera says "not secure".
However, it does not affect the protocol. You can access the same as when it is disabled.

You can disable it at the privacy option on the Extensions Manger.

On the update question, I wish Opera would implement an Update button for any and all extensions. Sometimes autoupdating works, but on its own schedule. Sometimes it doesn't, and then what?

Try ... uninstall 2.8.1 once and install 2.8.1 again.
Or copy & past at Opera Dragonfly > storage > widget in the preferences page.
Context menu doesn't have copy & past, you should use keyboard shortcut.
Copy : ctrl + C
Past : ctrl + V

I need to have both "Foobar" and "FooBar" in my autocomplete list.
