I think it's more than that... at least when I watched it, it talked about discrimination and intolerance towards certain people who were people once. I think it's more about discrimination towards people who have become outcasts in society. It's just the commercial has a weird way of portraying that. Vampires... in my eyes, would be people who literally suck the life source out of people. They do exist, but not in the sense of Bram Stoker's Dracula, but in other senses.
