BITCHOLOGY...

,

I got this e-mail from a girlfriend... and it´s floating around, a lot of women I know have gotten it too.

"That you may retain your self-respect,
it is better to displease the people
by doing what you know is right,
than to temporarily please them
by doing what you know is wrong."
~William J.H. Boetcker

But how true every word in it, is... some people just really have attitude problems and when they get told that something isn´t so... they insult you, even abuse you physically, (what assholes)
they call you stupid and all kinds of other insults.

Are you a bitch? Why not?

Words that hurt should be turned around and put to work. Words should be our minions, not our masters. Take the one above.
This term for a female canine grew into an insult over the years.
It´s used to marginalize women and convinced us we are powerless.
Fortunately, there are people who totally disagree.

Hey, the problem is you... sometimes, people really have to take a good long hard look at themselves before they start insulting anyone´s intelligence or ideas ... people are just different and you can´t force anyone to accept your lifestyle, your opinions or even respect you when you don´t respect others. You can´t change another´s way of being, change your own, especially when you get rejected left, right and center... THE problem is YOU.

No one has to put up with bullshit, false pretenses from no one, and when you´re found out, don´t be calling somebody stupid, the only one who is stupid is yourself.

So, if I have ever acted like a BITCH to somebody and spoke my mind, be damn sure, that you heard what you deserved to hear, I don´t take bullshit from nobody and never did.

I maybe naíve sometimes, but stupid I am not.

I am a very open-minded person and talk to people from all walks of life, if you don´t speak to me with respect as a fellow human being, be sure that you will hear about it, I will be a ROYAL QUEEN BITCH about it.

I am surrounded by quality human beings and not human bullshit, and if you got a problem with that, it is your own problem, not mine.

I have no patience for idiots... sorry, so go take a hike buster!

Thank you :D

http://www.bitchmagazine.org/about.shtml http://heartless-bitches.com/

When I stand up for myself and my beliefs, they call me a bitch.

When I stand up for those I love, they call me a bitch.

When I speak my mind, think my own thoughts or do things my own way, they call me a bitch.

Being a bitch means I won't compromise what's in my heart.

It means I live my life MY way.

It means I won't allow anyone to step on me.

When I refuse to tolerate injustice and speak against it, I am defined as a bitch.

The same thing happens when I take time for myself
instead of being everyone's maid,
or when I act a little selfish.
It means I have the courage and strength
to allow myself to be who I truly am
and won't become anyone else's idea
of what they think I "should" be.

I am outspoken,
opinionated and determined.
I want what I want and
there is nothing wrong with that!

So try to stomp on me,
try to douse my inner flame,
try to squash every ounce of beauty
I hold within me;
you won't succeed.
And if that makes me a bitch,
so be it.
I embrace the title and
I am proud to bear it.

B - Babe
I - In
T - Total
C - Control of
H - Herself

B = Beautiful
I = Intelligent
T = Talented
C = Charming
H = Hell of a Woman

B = Beautiful
I = Individual
T = That
C = Can
H = Handle anything

p.s. Send this to 5 women to put a smile on their face!!

"If you can't get a man to do something right, get another woman to do it."

:whistle: time to send this to all the other "bitches" I know! :D

let I shall keep it in a secret :lol:

Sarah 14. January 2008, 14:16

I don't like to say that I am a 'bitch' this word is so demeaning in itself that I don't even associate myself in this way.

I would rather be called a assertive, feminine person...and in some ways I am not! My husband is the leader of my house and of me but not in a controlling way. I don't control him..nor would I ever want to! Who wants a weak ass man? Not me! I am sorry that women have to get angry to get a point across...:frown:

lely 14. January 2008, 14:22

That's a good one. :smile:
I totally agree with what you said!

The whole point of this post is that there are people out there that call women bitches, step all over their self-esteem etc... simply because they speak their minds... yes, this post is about being assertive...

Roksana 18. January 2008, 14:49

hello girls glad to see you :hat:

how do you think why men love "Bitch"- women?

of course they say it never :angel: :lol:

Richard 23. August 2008, 16:55

Right on, Isabel. Bitch is yet one other example of a perjurative word associated with women - most frequently female genitalia - that speak far more to male insecurity and hatred than anything else.
