Widget Web Chat: A New Developer Site
By Thomas Ford. Tuesday, 31. October 2006, 17:04:51
Hi gang,
I've been away for awhile working on a few big events for Opera. But I'm back now to tell you about our next Web chat on Thursday at 5:00 PM CET.
You'll notice I dropped the "widget" from Web chat. Why? This time we have the pleasure of Mr. Jonny Axelsson of Opera joining us to talk about a new developer website we're launching. Our technical evangelist, Daniel Goldman, wrote a post about it the other day.
So come join us on #webapps on Thursday at 5:00 PM to hear the cool things we have in store for you.

As a comment on the chat log: Opera does support http PUT as a method for XMLHttpRequest, although Gorm says it doesn't. LSSerializer.writeToURI has the same functionality, but it isn't supported.

Come to
#widgets#webapps any time, and post a question in advance (see channel topic). That's what I did on this occasion. For one thing, you'll get your question answered first
