Hi, I spent two years in BC (in the Okanagan)all the while looking for moose. Unfortunately the only ones I ever saw were either in wildlife parks, or shot by hunters.
I think these are magnificent animals, that should be protected at any cost.
And here are two of the best photos in the wild of a white moose.
How lucky you are to have experienced this!
and thank you for sharing in this forum so that I get to see this lovely animal.
