You would be you without any belief, you would be you without any prejudice, and most of all you would be you without any grief.

I thank you for your comment, although I didn't even know this was blogged because it is actually a poem. If you look you will see another blog named "Without God", a poem which describes how I feel about God... I have always believed there was a God, since age 4-5... I would also like to say that I have never been prejudice and that whether or not you believe in a higher power ~ God, many Gods, Buddah, ect...~ there will ALWAYS be grief in life! I do believe there are different ways of handling it and my faith does not hinder me; it strengthens me, especially during the most grievace times! I do thank you for your visit and I hope you will come back and take a moment to read my actual poem. Just one more thing: I would like to ask; if you don't mind, why do you think that a person with a belief would be inclined to prejudice and grief more so than someone without a belief? Peace to you, Lyn

Why are there beliefs? Because someone brought it unto you - that's prejudice because there are many beliefs and while you were 4/5 years old, you didn't know any better
why would there be no grief? Without knowing who or what to believe in you would have a clear and blank state of mind without any grief or grievance towards your god's oppressor. You wouldn't feel sorry for your "God". Without religion the world would be a better place to live.
