Thanks Google for the free android HTC phones!
Using a docomo UIM card works great. Also works with SoftBank well. A HTC-flavored homebrew OS is pictured above, and the original Google software on the left.

Do you pay ridiculous packet charges on your DoCoMo phone? I have packet-houdai, but it doesn't apply to the android phone =[

To use docomo's Biz・ホーダイ ダブル plan, you need to get around their IMEI filtering, use a special APN (mpr.bizho.net), and establish a PPP tunnel connection... it's non-trivial to hack
If you just try to use the APN setting without the PPP tunnel, docomo's network will activate some TCP filtering after 30-60 seconds so you can't browse the internet, etc.
I will post about this later when I have it working more reliably
