Winter would not be easy to survive in Oslo if it wasn't for snowboarding. Coming from a tropical country, I am not used to the snow, the low temperatures and the darkness.. where I come from we have no conception of seasons ... if it is raining we call it winter and if it is sunny we call it summer. But here I am, stuck in this little piece of heaven one more winter.

Discovering snowboarding has made me miss the snow in the summer and has given a totally different meaning to the concept of "sliding in a slipery surface at a considerable speed"... it's not suicide anymore.. Snowboarding is just so much fun! Passing from the times where it was only painfull bruises, now it gives me an incredible sensation of freedom.

And slowly I have got people around me to try and like it too.. here are some pictures from our last snowboarding/sledging adventures the last month.
