How to reduce costs of production ?

At present , the high inflation in the economy made companies met with difficulties in :
- Production
- Pay salary for staff
- Promotion of marketing
...
To settle those difficulties , reduce costs of production is a project that businesses should be consider .
However , how to reduce costs of production don't make infulence to product quality , production situation of the Co. ?
Surely that problem isn't simple ! So we should have a overall look about this matter .
The costs of production include :
- input cost / costs of material
- sale cost
- managerment cost
- inventory cost
So to reduce costs of production , we should be reduce costs of those factors and save material .
Beside that : there are investment for technology , make long-term relationships with suppliers to enjoy preferential prices.
Special : appropriation of capital by increase the pay date line is also a trick in business.
Of course , still have other projects better to agree for each Co.
That is points by me about this matter

1. The reasons for cost advantage in Chinese pencil production:
a. Cheap labor availability
China is a country with high population and the labour is cheap compared to the US labour which results lowering of the cost.
b. Availability of raw materials
The raw material could be cheaper in China compared to the sources which US is being supplied for the pencil production.
c. Quality parameters
Compared with US the quality parameters for a production can be lower in the Chinese companies which results in lower cost in production. For an example the factories that the Chinese pencils might not be sophisticated state of the art factories which reduce their over head costs than the US factories where high quality factory standards are being maintained.
d. Low inflation rate
e. Low interest rates, in China
The setting up a business of this sort can be cheaper in China compared to US as the interest rates could be lower which will result low financial costs for the companies. Therefore their operating costs can be very much lower in China compared to US.
2. Lobbying the U.S government to impose antidumping duties is important because if a country sells its products overseas at prices below the cost of production, no one can compete with that. The pencil industry and all workers connected with that industry stand to benefit from antidumping laws. Consumers pay higher prices and stand to loose. The government can encourage firms to set up foreign subsidiaries to take advantage of some of the low costs. Also the Government can encourage the Chinese to set a fair price which is comparable to the price of pencils imported from other countries.
3. Dixon has become a multinational company to take advantage of lower costs and other efficiencies in China and Mexico.
4. Dixon already has a manufacturing operation in Mexico. One reason could be because it circumvents the whole anti dumping laws or tariffs that may be in place for Chinese imports into the U.S. Further, with NAFTA, Mexico and the U.S have very good economic relations. In China which still has a communist form of government, doing business still posed a lot of risks. Some of that pressure has been alleviated after China joined the WTO.

Dixon Ticonderoga is one of the oldest public companies in the United States. The company’s flagship
product is the ubiquitous No. 2 yellow pencil, introduced in 1913, which is known to almost anyone who
went to school or took standardized tests in the United States. With annual revenues of a little more than
$100 million, Dixon is the second largest pencil manufacturer in the country. For most of its history, Dixon
has been a prosperous company, but the 1990s proved to be a very difficult decade.
It’s not that people are
no longer buying pencils – in fact, demand for pencils in the United States has soared. Americans bought
an estimated 4.2 billion pencils in 1999, a 53 percent jump from 1991. But an increasing proportion of
these pencils have been from China.
The problem began in the early 1990s when Chinese manufacturers entered the market with low-priced
pencils. The pencil industry fought back, arguing that the Chinese were dumping pencils on the U.S.
market at below cost and lobbying Washington for protection. In 1994, when foreign pencil importers
accounted for 16 percent of the market, the United States enacted heavy antidumping duties on Chinese
pencils,. Effectively raising their price. Imports fell dramatically, but the Chinese kept making better,
cheaper pencils, and after a couple of years imports returned to the levels attained before the imposition of
duties. Nor did it stop here. In 1999, U.S. manufacturers shipped some 2.2 billion pencils domestically,
down from 2.4 billion I 1991. During that time, imports jumped from 16 percent to more than 50 percent
of the market, with China leading the importers. The pencil industry continued to lobby for protection, and
in mid 2000, the United States renewed duties on pencil imports form China, imposing import tariffs as
high as 53 percent on some brands.
In the meantime, Dixon was not standing still. To try to meet the foreign competition on price, Dixon
experimented with cheaper ways to make pencils. The company tried to make pencils out of recycled
paper cases, but quickly backed away after the product jammed pencil sharpeners. Then the company
looked at the wood used to make pencils –traditionally California incense cedar – and decided it was too
expensive for all but the company’s premium brand. Now the company uses lower priced Indonesian
jelutong wood. As an additional cost reduction measure instituted in the late 1990s, Dixon started to buy
the erasers for its pencils from a Korean supplier, rather than its traditional U.S. supplier.
Despite these steps, the company continued to lose share to imports, and by 1999 it was beginning to lose
money, too. Realizing that it could bring in finished pencils cheaper than it could manufacture them in the
United States , Dixon established a manufacturing operation in Mexico. The original idea behind the
Mexican operation was to supplement its U.S. manufacturing, but in late 2000 the company realized it
needed to be more aggressive and switched many of its processes from the United States to Mexico, cutting
some 40 jobs at its U.S. facility. In another strategic move, in 2000 Dixon created a wholly owned
subsidiary in China. This subsidiary manufactures wooden slats for pencil manufacturing. The slats are
then sent to Mexico, where they are turned into pencils. The lead for the pencils (carbon) is still made in
the United States by Dixon, while the erasers are shipped from Korea. The Chinese subsidiary is also
responsible for the production and distribution of certain products that are sold internationally. As a result
of these moves, by 2002 Dixon’s performance was improving, but the company still needed to cut its cost
structure. Accordingly, it decided to shut down its U.S. manufacturing operation at Sandusky, Ohio, in
2003 and move production to either Mexico or china.

How to set price for a product???

Actually, companies set price based on the product will ensure the selling price was offset by production costs and the profit expectations.
However, if only based on the product, companies may encounter many risks when prices of materials change or risks when customers can’t accept the cost, risk when companies don’t attain production expectations .
When set price based on customers, companies must identify the market segment target customers, consumer’s consumption as the payment of this customer group. However, the customer was governed by factors related to economic, competitors. Becides, defin the market segment and attribute of customer is a very difficult task for new products never appear on the market.

where does my optimistic now ???
My spirit was wavered because my mother had said about her study resulfs She usually has a good study resulf Why ? why ? ... I don't know ! Although, she usually with her boy friend go for a walk, go to the cinema, go shopping, est. At that time, I didn't attend any entertainment. Look funny ! Maybe is that the envy ? Don't worry ! I still will try one's best. Everything is happening too much for my self .That enough !

Đêm qua mình lại mơ đến nó.
Mình thật ko hiểu sau từng đó thời gian mà mình vẫn mơ lại giấc mơ đó.
Cảm xúc trong giấc mơ rất thật.
Thật đến từng câu nói , cái nhìn , từng bộ trang phục ...
Rõ ràng là ở hiện tại mình ko hề còn nhớ đến nó .
Tại sao mình lại tiếp tục mơ đến giấc mơ đấy nữa ???
Nặng nề quá !
Mình thật ko hiểu sau từng đó thời gian mà mình vẫn mơ lại giấc mơ đó.
Cảm xúc trong giấc mơ rất thật.

Từ ngày nào,nồng nàn từng câu ca dao.Từng ngày lặng lẽ sống với kỉ niệm ngọt ngào bình yên những giấc chiêm bao.
Qua rồi,1 thời vội vàng rong chơi, rồi 1 thời yêu đương sớm tôi' giữa thênh thang bầu trời , nắng gió muôn nơi.
Thời gian qua đi bộn bề nhiều lần suy nghĩ, đời ngọt ngào thì đôi khi... Tình yêu nơi đâu, vội vàng tìm hoài ko thấu
Thôi,giờ làm chi, rồi lại đi.
Bao nhiêu năm rồi, làm gì và được gì, ngày tháng sao vội đi, đôi khi ko như ý.Trôi qua bao nhiêu năm nữa...có lẽ ta ko ngây ngô.. như bây giờ!
Bao nhiêu cho vừa, từng ngày và từng giờ, cành lá sao lặng im như thôi ko mong nhớ. Cho ta bao nhiêu năm nữa.., có lẽ bao nhiêu đây thôi.Cho ta nhìn thời gian trôi!

Yui Aragaki sinh ngày 11 tháng 6 năm 1988 tại Okinawa, Nhật Bản. Mới 20 tuổi thôi nhưng bạn ấy đã có một bảng thành tích đáng nể đấy! Vừa là người mẫu, diễn viên, ca sỹ, bạn ấy còn là người dẫn chương trình cho một show rất ăn khách trên sóng radio nữa. Con đường đưa Aragaki đến với sự nghiệp người mẫu là qua một thông báo quảng cáo!!! Chả là một lần, cô bạn nhỏ vô tình đọc được một tin quá hấp dẫn: tạp chí thời trang dành cho tuổi teen hàng đầu ở Nhật Bản, Nicola (hay có tên gọi khác là Nicomo) đang cần tuyển người mẫu chụp hình.

Và không chần chừ chút nào, Aragaki đã ngay lập tức nộp đơn dự tuyển. Kết quả thế nào các bạn có biết không? Bạn ấy đã dẫn đầu trong cuộc tuyển chọn gắt gao này và Nicola thì không đời nào lại bỏ phí cơ hội được cộng tác với một cô gái xinh đẹp và thông minh nhường ấy. Họ đã ký ngay hợp đồng với Aragaki và kể từ đó, hình ảnh của ngôi sao nhỏ tràn ngập trên các trang báo của Nicola.

Năm 2004, Aragaki tạm ngưng công việc chụp hình cho Nicola để tập trung phát triển sự nghiệp người mẫu ở một tầm cao hơn, đó là xuất hiện thường xuyên trên các chương trình tạp kỹ truyền hình và trình diễn trên sàn catwalk.

Tới năm 2005, Ara chính thức nói lời chia tay với Nicola để theo đuổi sự nghiệp diễn xuất, tuy nhiên cô bạn vẫn nhận lời cộng tác với tạp chí này với vai trò là một người mẫu chụp hình chuyên nghiệp. Hiện Aragaki đang giữ kỷ lục là ngôi sao xuất hiện nhiều nhất trên trang bìa của Nicola với 15 lần cả thảy.
Năm 2006 đánh dấu thời điểm phát hành cuốn sách ảnh đầu tiên của Aragaki có tên là Chura Chura mà trong tiếng Nhật có nghĩa là Tuyệt đẹp.
Bước chân vào điện ảnh
Ngay khi từ biệt tạp chí Nicola, Ara đã làm quen với môn nghệ thuật thứ bảy bằng vai diễn đầu đời trong một bộ phim của truyền hình TBS có tựa đề Dragon Zakura. Đây là bước khởi đầu đầy suôn sẻ đưa cô bạn nhỏ đến với thế giới diễn xuất và kể từ đó, Yui liên tục xuất hiện trong các show truyền hình khác.

Ngoài thế mạnh là các bộ phim truyền hình như Onna no Ichidaiki! (2005), True Love, My Boss My Hero (2006), Papa to Musume no Nanokakan (2007), Yui còn thử sức cả với những tác phẩm màn ảnh rộng và năm 2007, bạn ấy đã tham gia liền ba phim là Waruboro, Koisuru Madori, Koizora.

Chưa hết, các nhãn hiệu nổi tiếng liên tiếp mời Aragaki trở thành người mẫu quảng cáo cho họ và các đoạn phim quảng cáo cho Pocky đã trở nên cực kỳ nổi tiếng.
Sẽ là một ca sỹ?
Aragaki luôn là một cô bạn khác người và ngay cách bạn ấy mang âm nhạc đến với khán giả cũng vậy. Hiếm có thần tượng tuổi teen nào lại phát hành album trước khi ra đĩa đơn. Thế mà Yui lại làm vậy !

Ngày 5 tháng 12 năm 2007 có thể được coi là ngày đầu tiên khán giả biết tới Aragaki với vai trò một ca sỹ khi phát hành album đầu tay có tựa đề ‘Sora’. Hai ca khúc chính "Memories" và "Heavenly Days" chính là bài hát chủ đề trong hai bộ phim mà Aragaki tham gia diễn xuất.

Bên cạnh công việc người mẫu, diễn xuất và ca hát, Aragaki còn là người dẫn chương trình luân phiên cho một chương trình khá hấp dẫn trên sóng radio SCHOOL OF LOCKS!. GIRLS LOCKS!, một chương trình quy tụ rất nhiều thần tượng tuổi teen như Maki Horikita, Nana Eikura và Erika Toda và họ sẽ thay nhau đảm trách vai trò ‘chủ nhà’.

Tâm trạng cực kỳ tốt !
Lúc này dễ ai xin cái gì là cho lắm ....
Chuyện là mình vừa "đi truyền đạm" về
Là đi học quản trị học về á mọi người !
Phải nói là hết sức thú vị và biết ơn cô ....
Không ngờ là ở cái trường đại học như này mà có người khiến mình rụng pựt pựt thế ...
Ngưỡng mộ !
Hôm nay khi tan học m chạy theo cô và .......... luyên thuyên một vài câu để tỏ rõ thành ý và cảm ơn cô về những việc cô đã giúp đỡ mình .
Kể ra chưa chắc cô hiểu hết được những việc cô làm có giá trị với mình đến mức nào ....
Dù sao thì hm nay cũng đã bày tỏ đc chút ít ...
Nhưng chắc chắn sẽ lập kế hoạch cảm ơn cô rõ ràng hơn . Dĩ nhiên ko phải là quà cáp hay vật chất gì , vì cô chẳng thiếu .... Còn m dự định sẽ làm gì thì bí mật , hí hí , bí mật .........

Một Valentine đẫm máu ...
5h19'mấy chục giây
Vẫn đang say giấc nồng thì mình có cảm giác khó chịu trong miệng . Trong đầu nghĩ chắc là đờm hoặc gì đấy thôi . Vào nhà vệ sinh để nhổ ra thì ................... nguyên một miệng toàn máu là máu .
.............................................
Súc miệng đi lại nhiều lần mà nó vẫn không hết máu . Nhìn mặt mình trong gương y như một con ma cà rồng vừa đi ăn thịt người lúc nửa đêm về . Mà biết đâu nó là thế thật . Giống như mấy bô phim kinh dị của Mỹ , ban ngày thì sinh hoạt bình thường nhưng về đêm thì là một người hoàn toàn khác ....
Nghĩ linh tinh một lúc ,.... mình ngậm bông , nghiến chặt răng , và leo lên giường nằm . Phải tháo vỏ gối ra ...
Mình nằm nghĩ ngợi rồi giật mình với suy nghĩ : " mình sắp chết "
...... Ngủ thiếp đi ........
