縱觀全球太陽光電產業的發展，政府力量的支持與民間企業研發能量的結合，似乎才是市場成形的重要因素。儘管目前台灣已有少數業者獲得初步成果，然而在上游原料受制於人，且整體能源產業政策方向不明的情況下，光靠民間力量的單打獨鬥，恐怕力猶未逮。
2005年2月16日，限制二氧化碳排放量的「京都議定書」正式通過，台灣茂迪的股價應聲衝破300元，並一路攀升，至今已破900元；2006年3月8日，益通光能以每股218元正式掛牌上櫃，首日即暴漲303.66%，更在10天之內突破千元大關，一舉登上台灣新股王寶座。

台灣股市如此，國際股市亦不遑多讓。柏士半導體(Cypress Semiconductor)旗下的子公司SunPower，於2005年11月18日首度以每股18美元的價格公開上市，當日收盤價25.45美元，漲幅高達41%；而就在一個月之前，德國太陽電池製造商Q-Cell，也於上市首日創下27%的漲幅；此外，德國ErSol的股價，亦在上市首日即由42歐元上漲至65歐元。一時間，太陽能已成為全球股市熱門的投資標的，似乎只要與太陽能沾上邊，股價就能立即跳空漲停。然而，這股來自投資市場的太陽能熱潮，是否真的反應市場現況，抑或又是另一個網路泡沫的翻版，成為眾所矚目的焦點。

京都議定書為關鍵引爆點

從市場研究結果來看，根據Solarbuzz於今年3月份公布的一項資料顯示，2005年全球已裝置太陽電池的總發電量達1,460百萬瓦(Megawatts, MW)，較2004年成長34%，其中德國市場的成長幅度與規模均為第一，成長幅度達53%，總發電量為837MW，占全球五成以上(圖1)。至於太陽電池的總產量，則達1,656MW。預估2010年，整體太陽光電(Photovoltaic, PV)市場產值將達到231億美元。

而廠商方面，亦感受到來自需求端的成長能量。SunPower業務暨行銷副總裁Peter Aschenbrenner(圖2)表示，太陽光電產業每年以40%的平均成長率成長。2005年該公司產品首度量產上市，第一年出貨量約20MW，而今年所生產的產品也已銷售一空，目前已在規畫2007年以後的產能。

真實的人生？
從公司網站上看到《胡志明生平考》一書的迴響與回應，讓我對這本書的內容產生很大的興趣。
老實說，我並不真的在乎越南國父胡志明是不是台灣人，但是對於『人』為何有那樣的際遇，什麼樣的時代會產生那樣荒謬的情節卻感到非常有意思。
根據作者的考據、文獻的引申，以及最重要的寫作初心，是因為作者的家族長期以來即口傳著：胡志明是台灣苗栗胡家人──胡集璋。（作者胡俊熊的叔公）
《胡志明生平考》這本書的內容歸納出胡志明的一生：
1890年至1932年，胡志明是越南人阮愛國；
1933年到1969年的胡志明是來自台灣苗栗的客家人胡集璋。
阮愛國出生於1890年，1911年到法國，自1914年開始參與外僑工人組合的反殖民組織，1917年與越南西化派的領袖交往甚密，1918年加入法國社會黨，1919年參加世界和平會議，提出八點建議，以阮愛國之名刊布在《越南魂》週刊，從此為法、越兩地名人，1920年加入法國共產黨，之後積極進行一連串反殖民地、反資本主義的活動與工作，1928年罹患肺結核，1930年三個分裂的越南共產黨在其斡旋下，合併為「印度支那共產黨」，1931年於香港被捕，經香港律師公會主席羅塞比積極營救，遣送離開香港至新加坡，1932年初遭新加坡警方遣返香港監禁，後經英國情報員龍保羅設計撘水上飛機到上海黃浦灘，再轉由共黨同志接往上海，可靠消息指出，該年秋天由上海返抵莫斯科，因病發死於旅程中。
胡集璋1901年出生於台灣苗栗銅鑼庄，幼年接受嚴格漢文教育，1910年入公學校，三年漢文、三年日文教育，1916年就讀台北第一工業學校應用化學系，就學期間種下反對日本帝國殖民統治的種子，1929年秋赴上海工作，加入共產國際泛太平洋勞工組織，1932年於廣州被捕，根據陸陸續續傳來的消息，胡集璋曾交代家人：「將前往越南發展，沒成功，不會返家。」
這本書將這兩個人關鍵的1931-1932年間，如何分別在香港、廣州被捕，如何巧合的出現在莫斯科，為何明明已經公佈阮愛國的死訊，多年後又突然活過來成為胡志明，並且發表大量中文的文章，胡集璋又如何被共黨國際賦予越南活動的任務而被移花接木為阮愛國，之後渺無音訊……自有胡志明之後，胡集璋正式人間蒸發。
由於兩人的際遇有些雷同，但又有許多的不一樣，因此，胡俊熊廣為收集各方文獻，由雙方行文的習慣、語言的能力、婚姻的真相，一一解剖辯證：1933年後的胡志明絕對不是當初的阮愛國，至於1933年後的胡志明是否一定是胡集璋，或許還需要更直接了當的證據，可是各方面的跡象顯示，1933年後的胡志明就是台灣苗栗銅鑼人胡集璋。
看過本書後，有三點讓我始終縈繞腦海，反覆思索。
其一，那是個什麼樣的年代？
潘佩珠 (Phan Boi Chau,1867~1940)
越南近代愛國志士,原名潘文珊,別名潘是漢,號巢南。出生於義安省南壇縣一個鄉學教師家庭。自幼跟隨其父學習經書,精通漢文,曾中解元。
1885年,為了反抗法國帝國主義侵略自己的祖國,聚集100多名同學組成學生軍保衛國家。從1900年起,在全國各地聯繫愛國者,進行反法運動。1904年5月成立「越南維新會」,其宗旨是恢復越南,建立君主立憲國。1905年初到日本,先後結識梁啟超、孫中山、章太炎等人,受梁啟超、孫中山影響極深;也與大隈重信、犬養毅、宮崎滔天等人有聯繫,在日本開展革命工作。以後多次來往於日本、中國之間,並祕密聯繫國內反法份子,組織青年學生赴日本留學。在他的影響之下,河內成立了「東京義塾」,而越南中部發生了維新運動。1907年11月,法國殖民者查封「東京義塾」,鎮壓維新運動,勾結日本統治階級破壞越南的革命活動。1908年11月間,日本政府下令解散越南留學生組織。潘佩珠於是和旅日的中國、朝鮮、印度、菲律賓等國革命者共同成立「東亞同盟會」,以相互支援、共同反對帝國主義。1909年被日本政府驅逐出境,離開日本到廣州。1910年前往暹羅(泰國)。1912年1月從暹羅再赴廣州。
受到辛亥革命的影響。1912年2月改組「越南維新會」,成立「越南光復會」並擔任總理。孫中山出任南京臨時政府大總統時,潘佩珠曾到南京會晤孫中山和黃興。1913年,在廣州被當時掌權的袁世凱之北洋政府逮捕入獄。1916年獲釋出獄。1924年於廣州解散「越南光復會」,成立「越南國民黨」。此年曾與阮必成(後來的胡志明)約定次年同在廣州,商討越南革命組織和革命方針政策的問題,因為路線之爭起爭執而分道揚鑣。1925年6月被阮必成出賣而密告,於上海被法國特務綁架,押解回國,軟禁在順化御津。1940年10月29日逝世。
