电动车问世以来，风风雨雨就从来没有断过。电动车对底层人民的意义，对社会的意义，总之电动车何以不可封杀，道理因此早就讲透了，是秃子头上的虱子，明摆的。明明知道而非要不顾民意，找一些不是理由的理由彻底封杀电动车。对电动车如此深仇大恨所为何来？归根结底，无非是出于强大的利益驱动。恨不得有点钱的人统统去买小汽车，恨不得街上跑的全部是小汽车，公共政策一味向汽车产业倾斜，无非因为汽车产业是某些地方政府的主导产业，某些地方政府要靠汽车产业拉动 GDP，要靠汽车产业增加地方财政收入。而某些部门更主要靠各项汽车收费充实自己的小金库。为了自己的特殊利益，便不惜铤而走险，不惜对抗和谐社会的主流价值观，不惜对抗公共舆论，不惜牺牲底层人民的基本人权尤其是基本生存权，将电动车从自己的视野中赶尽杀绝。

电动车在中国的迅猛发展，有它内在的逻辑——它满足了城市草根阶层基本生存的需要，因而符合人性；它是市场经济自发演进的产物，因而符合经济规律。与电动车这样纯粹的草根产业、纯粹的市场产儿为敌，实际上是与人性为敌，是与市场经济为敌。而在当下，人性的力量、市场经济的力量已经成为推动中国进步的最基本的力量，其强劲已到莫之能御的地步。与电动车为敌的任何尝试，因此注定要归于失败。
