In the latest release of kde on windows there is no Plasma there to be found.
But in the release before that there was a possibility to install it, yet unstable, but he that doesn't scare us.

So I launched plasma on windows and put a few widgets on it, and yes the bal bounced.



Because it unstable, I encountered two problems.
widgets locking caused a crash, it took a few crashes to get them locked.
closing plasma isn't possible.

If you get the change to play with it, I would encourage it
