...cute. <3

I'm downloading 10.10, after googling, "Opera slow on Snow Leopard."

Hope it works.

Enjoy.

Thank You, Opera

So, I'm in the computer lab, printing out some last minute final exam reviews/notes...and my immediate expression was a, "what?!" :D Thank you, Opera. You've made my day today. And, thank you all for the congrats.

This semester will be over next week. What a relief!!! Before the semester ends, though, I will be meeting with the foreign exchange advisor. :worried: Wish me luck! We'll be talking about possible universities and whatnot.

Also, I'd like to note that I will attend a free dance lesson! I want to be a ballroom dancer. Seriously. Maybe not so much compete, but definitely learn the dances. I like elegance and I love Samba.

Here's the almost abandoned, track of the day.

Enjoy.

Myspace Redirecting to Myspace Mobile

, , , ...

Yes, I don't think Myspace knows about this. Who knows...
But it's been like this since I downloaded 9.61.

That is of the least importance to me, anyhow.

School updates. Not so good updates, but updates, nevertheless.

I made two C's. :frown:

*cries*

*cries a bit more*

I hate getting C's, but I hate failing even more.

I will try from now on. No more, "just getting by."

I want to install some themes on my blackberry 8100. If anyone knows how to do this via Leopard, I'd greatly appreciate it. If not, I will postpone this for later.

Enjoy.

Labor Day Weekend

I registered for Blog Action Day 2008, which will be on October 15th. Thanks Opera for the news. Without your announcement, I probably would have been left out. My post will probably be of the least supply of knowledge over the topic, but it will definitely mention the cause. Here’s the site, if you want more info and if you wish to register your blog, as well.

Their “what can I write about section” is pretty neat.

The best thing a blog can do is to keep their post on topic. Audiences visit our blogs because they enjoy the style, personality and topic of the site. So it makes sense that the best way to get through to these audiences is to use the style, personality and topic to talk about Poverty.

For example:
A Design Blog might analyze a set of charity posters and how they convey their message
A Tech Blog might look at pro-poor technologies and projects like 1 Laptop Per Child
A Personal Blog might document a personal activity of the blogger that is helping the disadvantaged

I listed those examples among the others. Visit the site and you’ll find some that fit your preference. I think I’ll go the Design Blog path and maybe post a neat poster I find out there or if I get really creative I’ll make one of my own.

So the rest of this post is completely irrelevant.

On Tuesday’s and Thursday’s I have my Operations Research class. Last Tuesday, the professor simply took roll and handed out an assignment. The assignment is to write a paper over the class and what it will cover. He said that he needed to be acquainted with the course, as if he had no clue what it was about. I’m pretty sure he does know, because he did mention that he was an Operations Research Analyst once in his lifetime.

I will get started on that paper as soon as I finish this post. :insane:

And to end this post:

I downloaded Firefox 3. It’s nice, but it doesn’t have the option to save multiple sessions or the wand passwords. At least, not that I know of. There is an add-on for a speed dial. And, there is a real cool PicLens add-on that I totally wish Opera would have. Does anyone know if there is something similar for Opera? PicLens is probably the only reason why I will randomly use Firefox. That and for work-purposes. The Yoono sidebar is pretty cool, too.

Besides the cool add-on, I’m remaining loyal to Opera on my Macbook.

Enjoy.

Why is this happening? Continuously...

The Apple Symbols font is superb!

The following post was typed in Word beforehand. Let us thank my wireless connection; it prohibited a prompt blog post because it decided to be on the contrary. I could use the post/date/time option that Opera provides, but I won't mess with that right now.

Thoughts:
As of right now, Thursday, May 29, 2008 01:54:11, I think I am having a panic attack. I just finished messing with a personal budget that Microsoft provides as a template. I need to find a job, and I haven’t put any effort into it besides picking up local newspapers at random restaurants I take a bite at. I haven’t put the effort because I am finally getting a break from school and work. This past week has been somewhat nostalgic. Nostalgic I say, because even the bloody St. Ives Lotion scent has reminded me of last summer. That smell is what stirred me up tonight. Just a few minutes ago, I relived the antsy feeling of the late night “alone time,” things that were only acceptable within the 1-3 AM night frame.

I want to sleep. I think I might have insomnia. Ooh! Better yet, I think I need a job. I need to be tired. Maybe run? Exercise? Exercise is also on my list to do this summer. I need to get in the habit again. I have slacked off. Hopefully this post will be a reminder, a sticky note.

Reality:
I haven’t made any progress with my health care. I need to find healthcare, ASAP. I feel too close to my boyfriend. I adore all the sharing we have. I can not live without an internet connection. I do not expect anyone to read this. [However… if you are, you my friend are that someone that is always willing to lend a helping hand…you may even be a Capricorn ] I started this blog for my own personal existence in virtual reality, a virtual escape for my unbalanced thoughts. The Eee PC 900 and LCD 22” screen may have to wait till the end of summer. I use commas excessively. Flight of the Conchords need to hurry with their new season. “I’m not crazy, just a bit disoriented.”

Goodnight.
