Desert Dreams

Where Dreams.... Do Come True...... Sand, Sand, the immortal, never conquered, always moving, yet always there. Never changing, and always changed. Unstoppable, the destroyer of dreams, yet the mover of souls.

Back in USA

HI All,

I just wanted to let everyone know I had a good flight and security was HIGH in the airport in Cairo and I am in CT now and breathing clean air again

I will read and post more tomorrow I have to much work to do today

I miss all of your journals and will catch up soon.

Hugs from CT USA

Eve

My last posting from Cairo.

HI All,

I just wanted to update you on my progress.

Sadly to say I haven't done any packing as of today Friday, however, Sat will be a full day. I have decided not to take some clothes with me since I wouldn't wear them in USA anyway.

Here you have to dress differenly as to not to cause a riot and in USA I can dress as I wish

I would like to thank all of you who read my journal and stay close to me in my thoughts as I am in yours.

I want you all to know that my thinking about everything has changed into a postitive direction and from all of you I have gained strength to fly back to start all over again .

Life isn't easy for any of us however, with friends such as you all and some that go the extra step, it means so much to me to know someone out there really does care.

Just know, you all have a part in my journey as it changes now and I am just changing countries not my mind.

I will succeed !

Love to all,
Eve

CITY STARS .........The MALL

Hello again still from Cairo,

I spent the day out on Monday, I wanted to see in person what I have in my pc as a promo for this huge new complex not to far from where I am right now in Cairo. Nasr City Egypt.

It's amazing how this was built and of course it was built with Saudi money, Egypt keeps their money in their pockets.

I have never been in a mall of this size, over 7 levels and the finest designs. <http://www.madaheto.8m.com/custom2.html>

They even have an amusement park section inside, rides, games you name it they have it. I really enjoyed walking thru this complex and seeing the beautiful stores and great resturants and a very clean atmosphere.

I didn't buy anything since the rents in this place are so expensive they have to charge higher prices so that's out of my budget :frown: When I hit the lottery in USA then I will come back and shop

I showed the promo presentation to my sister last year when I was back in USA and she couldn't believe how wonderful this place was and how I can walk to it that's how close it is to me.

It's like blending the future with the past. It was really nice to see something modern before I leave.

I hope you check out this site and read about it. It took over 5 years to build it and many men. They are building another one like this in the Emerates of course

Thanks for reading,

Eve
