Data: is a collection of facts, such as values or measurements.
It can be numbers, words, measurements, observations or even just descriptions of things.
Information: Knowledge derived from study, experience (by the senses), or instruction. Communication of intelligence. "Information is any kind of knowledge that is exchangeable amongst people, about things, facts, concepts, etc., in some context."
Knowlegde:is a familiarity with someone or something, that can include facts, descriptions, information, and/or skills acquired through experience or education. It can refer to the theoretical or practical understanding of a subject. It can be implicit (as with practical skill or expertise) or explicit (as with the theoretical understanding of a subject); and it can be more or less formal or systematic
Wisdom: is the right use of knowledge. To know is not to be wise. Many men know a great deal, and are all the greater fools for it. There is no fool so great a fool as a knowing fool. But to know how to use knowledge is to have wisdom.
