刚看到时总觉得yet前面少了个not,仔细查了下才知道上面的句子是对的。

关于英语中的部分否定和全部否定：
一,部分否定:
在否定句中,当否定词与all,both,every,everyone,everything等表示完全概念的不定代词,或者与alwasys, altogether(完全,全部地;总共;总之),everywhere,entirely,ofter,totally,quite, completely等表示完全概念的副词连用时,这个否定就是部分否定.
eg.I am not altogether satisfied with you
我对你并不完全满意.

二,双重否定:
即用两个表示否定的词来表示肯定.常见的一种形式是:否定词+表示否定意义的词或词组;
表示否定意义的词或词组有:seldom,hardly,little,few,scarcely,rarely,never等;

there is no...but"没有...不(无)"
eg.(1)There is no tree but bears some fruit.
没有不结果的树.
(2)There is no one of us but wishes to go.
我们人人都想去.

cannot...too/over"再...也不过分,越...越好"
eg.(1)You cannot be too careful when you drive a car.
你开车的时候越小心越好
(2)In a word,I can't speak too highly of him
In a word,I can't overpraise hime
总之,我们再怎么赞扬他都不为过.

三,形式否定,意义肯定
1.nothing but"仅仅,只,只有...才"
eg.We can do nothing but wait
我们只能等

2.否定词+till/untill/before unless等,"直到...才"
(1)Draw not your bow till(before) your allow is fixed.
箭搭好了才拉弓
(2)You can never pass your examination,unless you study hard.
你只有努力学习才能通过这次考试.


四,形式肯定,意义否定
1.more than...can"简直不,无法,难以"
(1)That feeling is more than I can tell clearly.
那种感觉是我无法说清楚的.
(2)That is more than be can foresee.
那是他所不能预见的.

2.have yet to do=have not yet+过去分词
eg.I have yet to hand in my homework
我还没有交作业呢.

3.may(might) as well "还不如"
eg.We may as well come tomorrow.
我们还不如明天来呢.
