Classical music piece identification

If you are reading this and you like classical music, are you able to identify this sample (982 kb) of classical music? I think it is Wagner and one of his operas, but I don't know which one... I got that sample from one movie, and I would like to know name of the composition. It's really wonderful composition, full of energy and joy.
