config.css for using opera:config in a panel (Opera 9TP1)

This is in part customization AND in part beta testing, so I wasn't sure where to put it...

The opera:config seems to be great, but I think it would be even greater if it looked nice as a panel. Unfornately, it doesn't, small screen or not.
So, I started changing the CSS to fulfill this. As I don't have much time to continue today, I'll leave my current version here. The main goal was to eliminate the horizontal bar (without small screen) and make things a bit more readable. I think it's usable now, but there's much to be done in the form elements yet.

Suggestions are welcome, corrections too. Doesn't have copyright, so feel free to develop it (and share...)

Beta-Testing was the right place, and also cross-posting is forbidden.

OK, I took a few more minutes to work with this and now it looks better. The form elements don't have fixed sizes anymore.

I updated the file, so you can download it from the post above.

I didn't cross-post  That's exactly why I had to make a choice...
Can someone please move it there, then?

Another try. Adapted to my skin (not using skin elements yet though)

Adapted the euricomatos skin with skin elements (-o-skin)

The CSS file: 2config.css
The screenshot with default skin: op-cfg-panel.jpg

Removed the header h1, which in the hotlist is redundant
The only fixed colors are:
warning color on "dirty header" with quick find
border color of elements in a fieldset
default colors for noscript tags
