About OPMINI Access Points in China
There are two Access Points in China:CMNET and CMWAP.Most chinese users use CMWAP,but CMWAP connection must use the proxy 10.0.0.172:80.
The problem is some phones such as motorola v600 can't set proxy for java applications.So we can't connect to operamini sever 193.69.116.43 {without the proxy 10.0.0.172
For this reason, most chinese java applications add the proxy choice in software settings .So, suggest operamini add the proxy function to motorala phones in china. Thanks!

I've had some minor problems with connecting Opera Mini to my KPN-mobile internet-access.

At Settings --> Connections --> java-settings (or something like that; In dutch: Java-instellingen),you have to make a new profile, to be able to use the internet with java-applications like Opera Mini. Choose in that new profile for the datacomm. profile with the right apn. Otherwise the wrong apn will be used. (I mean, when you add a networkprofile for 'internet', it will not be used by Java, until you tell Java to use the new profile).
