As always, a slick piece of software. Thanks.
Two requests, one major and one minor: Please enlarge the font in the URL and search fields (option?), and could I be spared the confirmation on exiting? It's already quite a lot of key presses to get to exit.

Yes, it's basically the same update. The major difference with SDK2 version is the UI.

Again my feeds are all gone !!!!!!!!! Opera please do something to save the feeds in opera link !!!!!!!!
I have installed from ovistore and i had the previous version before. If I install from m.opera.com it does not delete feeds, but today made a big mistake and I accessed ovistore program directly from the phone. It wiped everything :-((
18. November 2011, 09:57:29
It still happens if you install from m.opera.com. Happened to me lots of times. Though it does'nt happen with opera mini 4.x . Because of this , I have to keep all my feeds in google reader.

Did you report a bug? If so, do you have the bug number?
18. November 2011, 13:29:17
I really hate that Opera Mini lost those RSS feeds EVERY TIME if I update from m.opera.com. I do not have report it, but it has happened for me with multiple devices (all are Nokia Symbian phones).
What I did noticed first time ever is that when updating from Nokia Store, RSS feeds have remain intact. So I really hope I'll find that update soon at Nokia Store.
18. November 2011, 13:39:46
I have tried updating a lot now, and I can't reproduce. I've tried from Ovi to Ovi, from m.opera.com to m.opera.com and from m.opera.com to Ovi. The feeds are always kept.
18. November 2011, 14:15:35
Good for you!

How I can help you? Any debug mode or logs? I could voluntarily update and lost my feeds if that could help you spot that bug? I definitely can reproduce that.
18. November 2011, 14:43:47
If you could report a bug (from your computer - as it's easier to type there) on
http://mini.bugs.opera.com and include the following:
* Which version (with build number) you start with.
* Which version (with build number) you update to.
* A list of feeds you've subscribed to.
* Are you logged in with Opera Link?
* Phone model and firmware.
I think we could start there. When you've reported the bug, please report the SKIRNE number back here in the forum.
Thanks!
18. November 2011, 14:52:14
Ok, I'll do it tomorrow at the latest.
18. November 2011, 15:08:39
Thanks! No rush. I'm not back at work until Monday.

I can check in using opera now, thanks opera

Heh, this is hilarious

Now I updated Opera Mini 6.5.26991 to 6.5.27309 and...
RSS feeds NOT disappeared! This is 2. time in many years!Well, I'm really happy with that, but I'll do bug report if Opera Mini lost RSS feeds again.

I just wonder what fixed it. Maybe updating from Nokia Store fixed it? This illustrates my update history:
Update from m.opera.com -> RSS Feeds lost
Update from m.opera.com -> RSS Feeds lost
...
Update from m.opera.com -> RSS Feeds lost
Update from Nokia Store -> RSS Feeds remained!
Update from m.opera.com -> RSS Feeds remained!

Including "copy link address" option in the next version would me much appreciable.

what about long pressing "1" key? That doesn't copy links for you?
Or did I miss something, again.

How I press it in touch phone?
23. November 2011, 09:41:40
Nope, long pressing '1' key does'nt copy any links. This feature is not yet implemented. Otherwise, Opera would have included it in the changelog.

Hi, newbie here.
Using nokia c3-00, s40.
Update 6.5 not working properly for me since it went live. Firstly wouldn't install after downloading. When it did, its v slow. Freezes when reading feeds, ie scrolling r trying to get into a bookmark, get blank white area where it normally says how much data is downloading before page opens up properly. Veritually unusable. Reinstalled n replaced version and it won't install. Says problem with internet connection??
Had to go back to mini 3 and upgrade to 4.4 which is quite slow with my bookmarks now and no folders to sort them.
Can ye fix 6.5 4 people like me r point the way back to 6.1 which at least worked great despite inital connection errors until 6.5.2+ comes out. Thanks. Btw in Ireland, not that it should matter.

Hi.
We are a developers for Symbian.
We found a font bug in Opera Mini.
Our app ScreenLock FX has custom fonts, which contain only digits (letters cut out to save space).
When our app is running, Opera Mini for some reason begins to use our custom font to display all text, including the app interface.
So when you open the Opera Mini - get beautiful rhombs instead of all letters

http://mobineon.com/images/Opera Mini_bug_2.png
http://mobineon.com/images/Opera Mini_bug_3.png
For S^1 we fixed this problem by renaming all our fonts to the format z_ #####.
For S^3, this method does not work for some reason.
While in Opera Mobile this problem does not arise.
We've written bug reports twice, but still no reaction. Please help to reach out to Opera developers.
Best regards,
Mobineon

I'm glad to hear there's an update.
I don't wish to bite the hand that feeds me, but I think 6.1 has been positively the worst version of Opera Mini I've ever used on my Nokia:-
Frequent disconnections, stuck cursors and worst of all, emails and various other composed postings that fail to be uploaded.

I have now downloaded 6.5 version on my Nokia 6120C, and things seem to be running more smoothly.
However, when I try to access 'Saved pages', I get ejected from Opera Mini completely! I would be grateful for some advice re. this problem.

Please report a bug, and report back the bug number you get, e.g. SKIRNE-xxxxxx
Thanks!

Your phone has 10mb internal memory. Guess its too low for opera mini symbian. How does the java version work?

The java version is too memory hungry and slow to be run on my phone that why its was written in native in the first place. And problem is not internal memory its the free ram only 8.2 mb free after boot. Only if native version of Opera mini 4.4 for S60v2 is gonna run smoothly i suppose, but that does't exist.

i have one suggestion, can you add a button "check for updates" in next version of opera mini?
