Inputs gets resized when changing it's attributes

It started to happen in build 8265 (Unix 145). (I'm not sure which change have affected it)
The problem is that doing setAttribute on input element will make it change it's size.

This is completly different issue to the one posted above. It does not use setAttribute and not even javascript.

Almost fixed in build 8432. Almost because it still happens although not so consistently.
