Hmm, only seeing 12.10 here. Is that newer than 12.1.3?

12.10 is what you will see in "About Opera " and that's OK. The build number should start with 121203 and that will be the latest version. Also in Application Manager you should see Opera Mobile 12.1.3

Hmm, Opera Link seems broken. Fresh install and it just sits there trying to sync..

Did they actually run regression tests on this?

Anyway to prove that 12.1.3 doesn't run as well as 12.0.2 did? I can barely get 3-4 tabs going without the phone crawling to a halt and pausing for a minute before responding for a few secs than pausing again. I can easily do 10+ tabs on 12.0.2 with each tab being instantaneously responsive when I switch to it. This is how I tend to surf Google Reader and forums on my phone, by opening all the topics that interest me and then going through them one by one.

I use an HTC Raider (Rogers) / Vivid (AT&T) which is a dual core phone with 1GB RAM so its' not half bad.

Getting large caches in the android folder - deleting them seems to help the responsiveness here.
They're sesn caches, and aren't deleting when clearing cache from Opera settings menu. rakes of them.
